About

From a personal conviction to a pan-African ambition.

Building for the long term to create lasting change.

Experience. Conviction.

“What truly makes the difference is the ability to turn an intention into a project, a project into reality, and reality into lasting value.”

Mohamed Joseph SENEFounder & PresidentEasy Africa Holding

After nearly three decades in banking, finance, audit, governance and risk, Mohamed Joseph SENE chose to devote his experience to a new chapter: building.

Easy Africa was born from a simple conviction: Africa already has considerable resources, talent, entrepreneurial energy and opportunities. The challenge is to better connect this potential with the capital, skills, technologies and partners capable of turning it into lasting achievements.

Over the years, I have also had the privilege of observing Africa from different roles, across several countries, and alongside entrepreneurs, executives, institutions and committed colleagues. I have, of course, seen the challenges we all know. But above all, I have seen extraordinary energy, talent and possibilities that often need only to be better connected to the skills, technologies, financing and partners capable of helping them grow.

The decision to build

Building useful projects.Building strong companies.Building partnerships based on trust.

Easy Africa was born from this conviction and from a personal desire: to devote the next chapter of my experience to building.

And, at our own scale, helping to bring forward solutions that can endure well beyond those who first initiated them.

From this personal conviction, a collective ambition gradually took shape: Easy Africa.

Easy Africa is an African platform for project development, investment, industrialisation and partnerships. Our role is to bring capabilities together around concrete projects, from design to replication.

Vision

Produce more.
Create shared value.

Help an Africa emerge that is more sovereign, more productive and more integrated: able to process more of its resources, create leading enterprises and infrastructure, develop its young people’s potential and bring African solutions to the world.

Our vision goes beyond an investment portfolio: organise markets around essential needs, direct more capital towards the real economy and make international partnerships an accelerator of African capabilities.

  • Produce more in Africa
  • Create shared value
  • Support regional, then continental champions
  • Connect Africa with global capital, technology and know-how

Mission

Turn challenges into deliverable projects.

Identify the continent’s structural needs, turn them into sound and financeable projects, mobilise the capital, technologies, skills and partners required, invest or co-invest, support delivery and prepare to replicate solutions that work.

Easy Africa acts as a coordinating developer, bringing governments, investors, industrial firms, banks, development finance institutions, operators, entrepreneurs, universities, communities and the diaspora together around a project.

Understand our model

Building for the long term

“I do not see Easy Africa as a short-term venture. We are building for the long term.”

We know that lasting transformation requires time, consistency, high standards and the ability to execute over the long term. It is built progressively, with the willingness to learn, correct, strengthen and, sometimes, begin again.

This long-term perspective is essential to me. It means looking beyond immediate results and asking what each decision will leave behind: a stronger company, a skill transferred, a job created, local capacity developed, a relationship of trust established or a new opportunity made possible.

Our founding principle

Create more value than we capture.

This is also the meaning of the principle I wanted to place at the heart of Easy Africa.

I firmly believe that a company can be ambitious and high-performing while also helping the ecosystem around it to grow. The value of a project should not be measured only by what it returns to those who initiated it, but also by what it makes possible for others.

From conviction to practice

Each project should leave its ecosystem — customers, employees, suppliers, communities, institutions and the environment — with more lasting value than the economic value captured by Easy Africa.

Profitability is essential, but it is not enough. Skills, incomes, local content, management quality and stronger value chains are also part of the performance we seek.

Value creation and impact

A pan-African ambition

Build in Africa. Grow with Africa. Reach the world from Africa.

Our pan-African ambition is a development method as well as a geographic ambition: demonstrate in Senegal, prioritise deployment across ECOWAS, then replicate across the continent.

  1. Senegal

    Starting point and demonstration base

Build robust models from local realities.
  2. ECOWAS

    First platform for expansion

Connect regional markets and value chains, including Ghana and Nigeria.
  3. Africa

    Long-term horizon

Adapt and replicate solutions that work.

Build replicable platforms

Design standardisable models, adapted to the realities of each territory.

Develop African value chains

Increase local and regional content, processing, subcontracting and intra-African trade.

Mobilise a continental coalition

Bring public and private actors, financiers, the diaspora, universities and communities together.

Localise capital, technology and know-how

Make partnerships a driver of training, manufacturing, maintenance and autonomy.

Create opportunities for young people

Connect employment, skills and entrepreneurship with productive activity.

Build a trusted African brand

Earn recognition for preparation, delivery, governance and quality partnerships.

A story taking shape

One project at a time. One partnership at a time. One country at a time.

Easy Africa is still at the beginning of its story. And that is precisely what makes this journey so exciting.

We will move forward with ambition, but also with humility.

To all those — entrepreneurs, investors, industrial partners, institutions, experts, young talent and partners — who share the desire to build a more productive Africa, better able to transform its own opportunities into lasting value, I would simply say:

“Easy Africa’s door is open. Let us build together.”
