The jar
It represents the continent: its resources, talents, entrepreneurial energy, know-how and economic potential. The jar is not empty. It already holds value to preserve, develop and transform in Africa.
Our logo
The jar already holds value. Our responsibility is to bring together the contributions needed to preserve, develop and transform it.
Heritage and collective action
The official logo narrative draws on the perforated jar of King Ghézo, Kingdom of Dahomey — present-day Benin —, 1818 to 1858.
A perforated jar cannot hold its water without a collective contribution. Easy Africa draws on this idea of shared responsibility to build lasting capabilities.

Detail from the supplied official artwork.
It represents the continent: its resources, talents, entrepreneurial energy, know-how and economic potential. The jar is not empty. It already holds value to preserve, develop and transform in Africa.
The upper and middle openings make unresolved challenges visible: infrastructure, care, training, employment, maintenance and financing. They remind us of the work still to be done.
The gold plugs symbolise concrete responses: an enterprise, infrastructure, technology, productive activity or essential service. They express a philosophy of focused action, not a list of results already achieved.
Start with the foundations: strong enterprises, viable models, lasting partnerships and delivery capabilities. Demonstrate, learn, consolidate, then replicate.
At the centre, Africa is the purpose. Partnerships, capital and technologies should lead to more economic, social and institutional value on the continent.
The potential is already there: resources, young people, entrepreneurs, markets and strategic assets. The challenge is to process locally and retain more of the value created.
African land, agriculture, growth, life, resilience and sustainability. It expresses productive development that can create lasting value.
Excellence, ambition and value creation: financial, industrial, social, environmental and institutional. Alongside green, it connects sustainable growth with shared value.
They connect heritage with modernity and express African roots open to global technology, engineering, data, finance and industry.
Welcome, hold, bring together and protect. Its generous shape evokes a platform for convergence, organising contributions around a shared problem and purpose.
It represents openness to ideas, capital, technologies, skills and partners. Its meaning differs from the side holes: organise the flow of contributions while retaining control over value creation.
“Easy” does not mean that the challenges are simple. The name expresses an ambition to reduce friction between project and financing, technology and market, institution and operator, need and solution.
The supplied French signature, shown in the official logo, expresses the same cycle: commit capital, time, expertise and trust; build enterprises, infrastructure, systems and teams; turn needs into productive activity and local initiatives into potentially replicable models.
The English signature carries the same mission to international partners, financial institutions, industrial firms and experts. Two languages, one identity able to engage with the world.
The small motif below the name and its lateral lines suggest connection, balance and continuity. The narrative envisages future distinctive uses that extend this identity.
A progression: the jar exists, the value is there, some holes remain open and others begin to be filled. One hole at a time. One project at a time. One country at a time.
Easy Africa does not claim to solve every challenge on the continent.
The platform selects concrete problems where it can make a real difference, then brings together capital, skills, technologies and partners to build sustainable solutions.
From philosophy to delivery
One identity. Two languages.
The name, jar, secondary symbol and signatures together form the official logo.
